The coated release lever also acts as a locking mechanism once you have your tie down secured. The tie-down features a built in Soft-Tie that wraps around axles or a-arms, and prevents scratching. Includes twisted snap hooks on the end that wont come undone. 4,000 lb maximum rated capacity and a 1,333 lb safe working load.
